I have been providing life work, career, manager, and executive coaching services since 1984, long before coaching became a popular non-sports related term, trend and profession that it has grown into currently. As with many coaches, I've been involved in providing mental health education and services for over 40 years. Since those formative coaching years, I found myself increasingly providing coaching sessions with a group of clients. not wanting or needing mental health or therapy services, but rather keenly interested in identifying and setting attainable performance, career and wellness goals, along with defined action plans and tasks. These clients want a coach that is trained and capable of using a variety solution focused questions and coaching approaches together with any appropriate assessment tools to help identify and refine their direction and action plans further.
